Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all trims and adhesives are included if applicable.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or arrange for a specialist courier collection for oversized wall panels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
